Having your premise’s fire systems serviced, tested and maintained in accordance with AS1851 is a legal requirement from February 2025 as outlined by Acts and Legislation of NSW.

- Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
- Environmental Planning and Assessment (Development Certification and Fire Safety) Amendment (Fire Safety) Regulation 2022
- BCA (Builders Code of Australia)
- WH&S (Work Health and Safety Legislation)
- Australian Standards (such as AS1851 and AS2292.2)
