Concord Oval Redevelopment

Concord Oval in Sydney’s Inner West – the City of Canada Bay’s most largest infrastructure project.

The project includes a multi-use sports and recreation facility, including two new multi-purpose buildings and carparks.

The redevelopment creates living recreation spaces for the forecasted increased population throughout the Burwood-Concord and Canada Bay precincts. 

The development accommodates the Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Clubs Centre of Excellence, West Harbour Rugby high-performance training facility, indoor mixed-use sports courts as well as functional areas including; training gym, shared community spaces, match day facilities, spectator stands and rooms, and improvements to local road and accessibility infrastructure.
