Case Study
IDA Apartments
IDA a collection of 30 one, two, and three bedroom apartments, along with basement parking for 25 car spaces, incorporating the adaptive re-use of a heritage-listed building.
The project adapted the former 1970s timber-framed heritage building into a village centered around a landscaped courtyard. The entire site comprises the 1850’s Telford Lodge, a pair of 1900’s terraces, the 1970’s timber-framed Calidad Office building that has been converted into the apartments along with a terraced apartment building to the south. Each apartment boasting premium finishes and materials.
With sweeping views to the city and harbour and nestled among a village of heritage-listed buildings, IDA has been sensitively designed to work within this iconic site.
